Join us in the park as we practice a variety of yoga poses and breathing techniques that will bring us more balance, strength, flexibility and general good health. This class is designed as an accessible daily routine for most people, especially people who are curious to try yoga for the first time. Let’s enjoy the outdoors and the benefits of yoga together. Please bring your own mat and, though not required, any props such as blankets, pillows, and blocks.
